Adobe announces live CS3 events and online resources

Now that Adobe dropped its largest software release ever with last week’s Creative Suite 3 bomb blast, the company’s leveraging the hype with a series of live events and online activities designed to bring users up to speed with all that Adobe Creative Suite 3 has to offer so they understand which product is best suited for their needs.

With 13 new stand-alone applications and 6 new suites the Adobe Creative Suite 3 can be overwhelming at first glance (and so can the prices). To help customers learn more about the products and various tips and tricks, Adobe will host a series of live and online product demonstrations over the next six months that will include…

  • CS3: The Creative License Conference — A series of conferences that include a two-day event in Los Angeles, June 19-20, and another in New York, June 25-26, where attendees will be immersed into an innovative environment to learn how to use the new CS3 products in their workflow.

Adobe will also be hosting a series of one-day conferences offered across the country May 16 through June 14, 2007, to provide educational information and demos of the new Creative Suite family.

  • CS3: The Creative License Podcast series — A weekly podcast series, including a monthly interview with Adobe’s head of creative solutions, John Loiacono, to discuss hot topics and trends in the marketplace.
  • CS3: The Creative License eSeminar Series — A variety of live online seminar sessions designed for users to learn about specific CS3 applications specific to design, print, video, web and photography. The sessions will be archived and fully accessible on Adobe’s web site for people who are not able to attend the live events.

The Adobe Creative Suite3 product line is a revolutionary offering of tightly integrated, industry-leading design and development tools for all facets of print, web, mobile, interactive, film, and video production.
