Apple patches Quicktime, updates iTunes for iTunes Plus content
If you run your Software Update utility, you should be greeted by a couple of new updates.
Security Update (QuickTime 7.1.6 for Mac) improves the security of QuickTime 7.1.6 by squashing a very serious bug that and can be exploited through any Java-enabled browser with QuickTime installed, including Firefox and Safari.
On the brighter, happier side, the iTunes update will allow you to preview and purchase iTunes Plus music. You know, that new higher-quality, DRM-free music that Apple announced last month.
