Okay, so we
said we’d never do this, but here it is: one of our tutorials translated
for Adobe Photoshop Elements 3.0. What we have for you is an Adobe Photoshop Elements version of our Comic
Art Effect tutorial. It might be more accurate to say that this is a version
of the Comic Art
Effect Action we released a while back that has been explained in Adobe
Photoshop Elements terms.
