Fracture 1.3 screensaver released by Stick Software
Stick Software announced version 1.3 of Fracture, their popular screensaver for Mac OS X. Fracture generates fractal images based upon mathematical formulas such as the Mandelbrot Set. It can draw a variety of types of fractals, and is highly configurable.
With version 1.3, Fracture is now Universal, so it will run equally well on Intel and PowerPC. This release also adds the ability to automatically set the desktop picture to the last fractal image generated, for an infinite variety of desktops. A few other minor bug fixes and tweaks have also been made, so this release is recommended for all users.
Fracture is shareware, with a price of USD$10, and it’s free to try.
