Freeloader Friday Revisits Vector Drawing

Freeloader fans! While I take a break this week, check out the new version of Inkscape (the Open Source answer to vector graphics) and a newcomer to vector design: Chlor.

Chlor‘s Alpha release is promising, while version .441 of Inkscape shows this project is maturing.
