Email is the web’s oldest tool, but it can be a little rough to handle. This week we’ve got some tools to tame the inbox
Watch for new mail in your IMAP account, and get notified when it arrives with MacBiff. MacBiff sits in your menu bar and does just that.
One better, MrPostman monitors an unlimited amount of mail accounts and automatically downloads messages into separate folders. MrP even nabs attachments.
Sticking with the Mister theme, we’ve got this utility that transfers your contacts from AdressBook to Entourage. This new updated version is faster too.
Get them coming and going: report SPAM with the REBODE Script and then work your SpamCop account with SpamRoboCop. REBODE works only with Mail, but SpamRoboCop has you covered in Mail and Entourage.
Send files straight to email with a click using this contextual menu plugin. This one does require Panther.
