MachineHead makes it easy for musicians and casual listeners alike to manipulate and mash up their media files, to loop over sections of a track, to delicately alter pitch, and to precisely slow down or speed up playback. MachineHead includes a wide range of built-in effects, and if that’s not enough, you can add more from a diverse selection of industry standard Audio Units.
MachineHead works with iTunes, instantly giving you access to all your media files. Unlike iTunes however, MachineHead uses an advanced hybrid playback engine, built on top of Apple’s QuickTime and Core Audio technologies, opening the door to complete control over your media files.
