IDG World Expo today announced that attendee registration is now open for Macworld Conference & Expo, taking place January 9-13, 2006 at San Francisco’s Moscone Center. Attendees who register before December 9, 2005 at www.macworldexpo.com will receive early bird pricing rates.

New this year to the event will be special Market Symposiums–special day long conference events are designed to help people with specific inerests get the most out of their Mac computing experience. Currently planned Symposiums include: Small Business, Education (K-12), Podcasting, Art Directors, and New Media Artists.

Note:

ADHOC-MacHack– attend to learn, not just get the free goodies!

ADHOC attendees have seen it all. And, we’re inviting you to join us! ADHOC thrives on developer interaction. Unlike any other conference, here is where you are encouraged to share your knowledge with others around you. We’ll have sessions on how to jump over hurdles in getting code ready for Intel-based Macintosh computers, how to prepare for changes in hardware, how to deal with the press in marketing your software, and how to do plugins that work with Palm and Windows Mobile devices.

This year REAL Software is giving each ADHOC attendee a free copy of REALbasic Professional Edition and engineers will be on hand to introduce attendees to using it. Instead of having to maintain different code trees for different platforms, programs written with REALbasic automatically work for Macintosh, Windows and Linux.

For all the details, please check out our website at http://www.adhocconference.com. The conference happens at the end of this month, July 27 – 31 in Dearborn, Michigan.
