Anime Studio utilizes a unique and revolutionary “bone rigging” system normally found only in 3D graphics software that streamlines the animation workflow, reduces production time, and saves money by requiring a smaller team of animators than normally used in animation. Powerful manipulation and drawing tools can be used with digital photos to create cut out animations similar to Jibjab.com and SouthParkStudios.com. Importing of drawings, movies and sounds to create high-quality and entertaining animations has also been made easy with Anime Studio.

Anime Studio will be available for an estimated street price USD$49.99, and Anime Studio Pro for an estimated street price of USD$199.99. Anime Studio can be purchased as electronic download direct from e frontier’s web site or from select online partners, and will be available in late September from e frontier’s retail partners worldwide. Anime Studio is available free to educational institutions as part of e frontier’s Lab Pack Program, and available to educational users for USD$29.99, with Anime Studio Pro available for USD$99.99. Both Anime Studio 5 and Anime Studio Pro 5 require Mac OS X v10.3.9 or better (Universal Binary) (Mac OS X v10.4 recommended) and a Mac with a PowerPC G5/G4 Processor 500MHz or above (Intel Processor recommended).

204595934 137f491d55 m New programming from CNN, Adult Swim and Cartoon Network available on iTunesTurner Broadcasting System, Inc. and Apple today announced that programming from CNN, Adult Swim and Cartoon Network is now available for purchase and download on the iTunes Music Store. The new content features such favorites as Cartoon Network’s “Johnny Bravo,” Adult Swim’s “Aqua Teen Hunger Force” and original episodes of the award-winning documentary series “CNN Presents,” all available for viewing on a computer or iPod.

For the last three months, Adult Swim has been offering free video podcasts via iTunes, ranking among the most popular television podcasts on the service. In addition to this new effort, CNN has been offering original podcasts, as well as “Late Edition with Wolf Blitzer” and “Reliable Sources” to iTunes users for free for just over a month.

iTunes 6 for Mac and Windows includes the iTunes Music Store and is available as a free download. Purchase and download of songs and videos from the iTunes Music Store requires a valid credit card with a billing address in the country of purchase. Television shows are available in the US only, and video availability varies by country. Television shows are USD$1.99 per episode, and music videos and short films are USD$1.99 each.

Beginning today, the 20 chapters of Star Wars: Clone Wars Volume 1 will be available on iTunes, with the action-packed Star Wars: Clone Wars Volume 2 following later in June. Each chapter, or episode, will be available for USD$1.99 with the full season of Volume 1 available for USD$10.99 and can be viewed, after download, on a computer or on an iPod.
