WiebeTech announces improved Forensic BayDock
Improving the BayDock line of products, WiebeTech announces a new Forensic BayDock. Previously IDE only, the new desktop based storage enclosure allows investigators to examine IDE and SATA 3.5 inch drives. Write-block support is provided via WiebeTech’s write-blocking firmware. The Quad Bay version allows insertion of two IDE drives (one write blocked; one read/write) and two SATA drives (one write blocked; one read/write).
Forensic BayDock is assembled from presentation grade anodized aluminum with black anodized accents. The dual and quad versions use an integrated internal high capacity power supply. All power supplies are compatible with worldwide voltages (100-240VAC). Units are easily stackable and daisy chainable.
The BayDock comes with one, two or four bays, in SATA and IDE configurations:
- Forensic Single BayDock (IDE)
- Forensic Dual BayDock (IDE)
- Forensic Dual BayDock (SATA)
- Forensic Quad BayDock (4 IDE)
- Forensic Quad BayDock (2 SATA/2 IDE)
