BeLight Live Interior 3D

Live Interior 3D is an amazing application from BeLight Software. It allows you to be your own interior designer, and design your own rooms exactly how you want them to look. There are over 1000 professionally made objects, such as chairs, tables and lamps.

bedroom 20080331 211302 BeLight Live Interior 3DI’ve been playing around with Live Interior 3D for the last few weeks, and I have found it very easy to arrange furniture and make complete buildings. The only thing that I found to be a little difficult is navigating around within the virtual environment.

There is one very powerful feature that I would like to highlight; you are not limited by the thousands of items included in Live Interior 3D, within the application, you have access to Google 3D Warehouse, where you can download tons of additional items to use in your designs.

I would highly suggest you download the trial of Live Interior 3D before purchasing; it is a great application, but it’s not for everyone. The views are a bit tricky to master, and the final export does not necessarily show what was envisioned in your head. To me, the only problem with Live Interior 3D is that, because it is an innovative and complex product, it can seem a bit complicated. If you put in the time to learn it, I think you’ll find that BeLight has done a very good job.

pzizz 20070831 175107 Pzizz nap generator now exports 2.5 times fasterWith the release of Pzizz version 2.3 of pzizz for Mac the developer has improved the export speed by nearly 2.5 times, so it now takes just 2 minutes to export a 20 minute "nap" on most computers.

Pzizz is a difficult thing to describe and a more difficult thing to appreciate without first trying it. The application allows you to program "naps" of a length you determine and then it generates a soundtrack that you then play as you settle down to re-energize with a snooze. You can export these soundtracks (now, much more quickly) to iTunes or to your iPod if you like. If you try it, I think you’ll find that pzizz gently eases you into very restful sleep.

The update is free for registered users of Pzizz and can be downloaded by launching the application, clicking on the pzizz menu and choosing "Check for Updates."
