Fast Icon has released a new set of icons: iComic Vol.2, which contains 49 icons, including several colored Folders, Web icons, Trash, iPod, iChat, Garage Band, Safari and some File Types.

Fast gaining attention on the Mac web, the Digg-esque site i use this is “a new way for you to organize your applications as well as discover new ones.” Like VersionTracker and MacUpdate, you can also use it to ensure that your apps are up-to-date but, as is all the rage these days, you can boost the rating of apps you use by registering with the site and clicking the icon next to the application’s listing. Seems like it could be an interesting way to determine what software is capturing the hearts of Mac users.

The Fast Icon has released “GreenVille Vol.2“, a collection of 14 freeware icons designed in Aqua’s style but using a green color pallete that will give to the desktop a different look.
