Also added is the new iGlasses Manager, which allows iGlasses to be switched on or off on a per-application basis.

Ecamm Network’s iGlasses is unique software that allows iSight or iMage users to adjust video settings from within popular video applications such as iChat AV, Skype and iMovie. Features include brightness, color settings, night vision, manual focus, white balance, flip and rotate.

From Apple’s own Support database comes some options if you ever need to reinstall some of the software that shipped with your Mac such as Mac OS X, Safari, iChat, Classic Support, iMovie, iTunes, Xcode Tools, and other applications if your computer shipped with Mac OS X 10.3.7 or later, or Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger or later.

iGlasses adds White Balance adjustment for built-In iSight

Ecamm Network Thursday announced a new version of their iGlasses software. Version 1.3.6 adds a white balance slider control for use with Apple’s built-in iSight camera. This gives built-in iSight users the ability to manually compensate for various lighting conditions that may give video images a blue or orange cast.

The new version also adds support for applying iGlasses enhancements in PiXiMation and FlipBook, as well as other minor fixes and enhancements.
