Yasu Updated for OS X 10.4

Jim Mitchell has released an updated version of Yasu, his useful Mac OS X maintenance utility, for better OS X 10.4 (Tiger) and Intel processor compatibility.
The latest Tiger specific version (1.3.9) addresses the following issues:

- Fixed bug on Intel machines that would prevent certain PPC based apps from launching after running Yasu.
- Added Danish localization (thanks to Kim Gammelgård).
- Several other small tweaks.

Designed to be a quick first line of defense for solving OSX related issues, Yasu was developed with System Administrators who service large groups of workstations in mind, enabling them to perform a specific group of maintenance tasks quickly within a few clicks, rather than endlessly typing shell script commands in the Terminal application.

According to Jim Mitchell, author of the software, “Very simply, Yasu does quickly in one place what can be done using the Terminal application to perform first line, basic maintenance on any Macintosh system running OSX 10.2 or later. I wanted a simple piece of software that allowed me to not have to remember all of the terminal commands in order to keep my system optimized. Since there were no free solutions that filled that specific bill, I decided to write Yasu.”

The latest versions of this popular donationware system utility are available for download at:
