Not only do we have the details on what the boys at Thunderstone Media have brought to this new “from the ground up” build, they have also given us permission to show you a few screenshots. iPod photo line updated

Apple today updated the iPod photo lineup with the introduction a new slim 30GB unit, holding up to 7,500 songs, for just US$349. The updated 60GB model holds up to
15,000 songs and retails for US$449. In spite of recent rumors, these two models are the only iPods yet with high-resolution color screens for displaying photos and “enhancing the entire iPod music experience” (in other words, displaying album art).

Perhaps more notable to photographers is the fact that both models not only hold up to 25,000 digital photos and but feature the ability to import photos from your digital camera via the new iPod Camera Connector for instant viewing and slide show playback on iPod photo.
