Looking to transfer files from your Mac to your touch or iPhone? How about FTP, photo sharing and contact syncing? Of course, these are free (mostly), which is what makes this a Freeloader Friday feature. Get your download finger ready.

Flickr Savr v.5 …a slideshow screen saver for the Flickr set

FlickrSavr is a new release of a Mac OS X screen saver that downloads images from the photo sharing service Flickr based on certain criteria specified and creates a slideshow of images and titles. You can have the screen saver grab images from a specific user, look for images with certain tags, pull pics from a user’s contact’s postings or from recent postings across the Flickr universe. Each pic is displayed on screen for a respectable amount of time with the image’s title superimposed in its lower third. (Well done, Chris.)

Flickr Savr v.5 is free for downloading. And if you’re looking for a nice user account from which to pull images, might I suggest Splorp?
