marsedit 20070905 143941 MarsEdit 2 adds Flickr supportRed Sweater Software has announced the release of MarsEdit 2 with a redesigned user interface, brand-new Flickr photo integration, and new post-editing macros. Bloggers appreciate MarsEdit’s ability to manage one or more weblogs from the comfort of the Mac desktop. MarsEdit 2 expands on that functionality by adding features without complicating the interface.

MarsEdit 2 is available for USD$29.95. Existing MarsEdit customers may upgrade to MarsEdit 2 for USD$9.95. Customers who purchased MarsEdit on or after July 1, 2007 are entitled to a free upgrade. MarsEdit requires Mac OS X 10.4.

Ecamm releases CardRaider photo recovery software

Ecamm Network today announced the release of CardRaider digital photo recovery software that has the ability to recover photos that have accidentally been erased from a digital camera. CardRaider features single-click scanning and recovery directly to iPhoto and can be used to recover corrupted memory cards or permanently delete photos so as to prevent them from being recovered in the future.

CardRaider is available for USD$19.95 and a free demo is available for download. Some camera models may require a memory card reader for card access.
