I love 1Password. I also love TextExpander. For me, they both fall under the category of must-have Mac apps. They’re the ones that make me feel like I’m missing an arm when I’m working on a Mac that doesn’t have them installed. Seriously. If you don’t have them, you should download them and try them now.
1Password is a utility that makes your passwords stronger while removing your need to remember them yourself.
TextExpander is a typing shortcut tool that will let you assign strings of text to simple, short triggers so that you can flow out commonly typed phrases or paragraphs by only typing a few letters.
After you’ve tried them and you have that “a ha!” moment when you realize that you have just stumbled upon two applications that are going to make your Mac life easier, you’re going to want to buy them.
