New Apple Store uniforms may cause confusion. We have the solution.
Recently, ifoApplestore reported that Apple plans to color-code its Apple Store employees by having behind-the-bar Genius and Creative employees in dark blue T-shirts, Specialists in light blue, and Concierges in bright orange T-shirts. The shirts will be emblazoned with slogans like “I can talk about this stuff for hours”, “I know people” and “Some artists use brushes. I prefer boxes” This will help customers distinguish between the roles of the various employees to better and more easily find the help they need.
The problem comes when the store is also populated by customers wearing message T-shirts. How annoying would it be to visit an Apple Store wearing your favorite geek Tee only to be interrupted by questions from other customers mistaking your T-shirt as one of these new Apple Employee shirts. Not a happy Apple Store experience at all!
