QuickerTek announced today the availability of a new Mac Mini 27dBm Transceiver with up to a mile of wireless networking range. Yes, you read that right–one mile of wireless networking range. The 27dBm Transceiver pumps out an impressive 500 milliwatts of RF power. Compare that to the 30 milliwatts that the built-in Airport antenna promises.
