Toon Boom Releases Opus II SP1 and Harmony SP1
Toon Boom Animation today announced the release of Opus II Service Pack 1 and Harmony Service Pack 1. As Harmony incorporates all Opus’ capabilities, all added features and enhancements apply to both products. Highlights of these service pack releases include:
- Support of news scanners, namely Fujitsu fi-5750c and Epson GT-15000
- New shortcuts, optimized memory management and workflow enhancements in the Scanning module
- Optimization of templates management
- Batch rendering improvements
- Several other bug fixes
As part of Toon Boom’s commitment to provide the best animation software solutions to its customers, Toon Boom aims to deliver the highest quality of Product Support. To achieve this objective and with this latest release of Opus and Harmony, it is now necessary to end support for USAnimation that has reached the end of its life cycle. A notice regarding expiration of support for this product has been sent to customers to allow the time to upgrade to a replacement or enhanced product, such as Toon Boom Harmony. In implementing this policy, Toon Boom’s goals are to redirect resources to support current and future products and technology and to maximize customer satisfaction by providing up-to-date support on the latest versions of our products.
