ThinkSecret? AppleInsider? BAH!! Joy of Tech predicted the iPod Nano in 2004
Okay, so the Incredible Instant Nano-iPods were a humorous reaction to the iPod mini in a Joy of Tech comic from January 2004, but uncanny nonetheless–they basically got the name right and note where headphones attach to their nano!
Also, if you remember, there was another prediction made in jest almost exactly one year later by our good friend Leo Laporte (check out the text on the Sidekick screen…. here’s a larger version)…eerie.
Notice that my prediction of the return of the Newton has yet to come to pass. There’s still time!!! REPENT!!!
